going on a hike with my bro today, i’m happy to switch it up after 4 hardcore days in the gym, keeping things exciting. :) plus the hike is beautiful and runs along a river. it has two rest spots on the way that have a gorgeous view of these huge water falls! gonna eat at the first stop, not sure what snacks to bring? anyway, maybe i can get to ballet class tonight too. still a little self-concious to put myself back in a leotard, but hey i think i should just go for it! what is everyone up to today? what are your exercise(or no exercise plans)?
